Handmade Glass Signs

A Life in Glass sign is an eye catching and individual way to display your house number, house name, or business name.

Our signs are handmade from two sheets of art glass, fused together in a kiln. Although glass (not acrylic!), they are strong and durable as well being resistant to temperature variations, making them ideal for use inside, or out. They will not fade when exposed to light over time, which can happen with some ceramic signs.
Ideal for use inside or out, they can be affixed to any surface using either screws, silicon or a specially tested double sided adhesive tape.

If you need to use a screw mounting (fixing to wood, stone, or brick), then please request pre-drilled holes and a fitting kit.

We are able to offer our signs in either white or cream colours. Other background colours are available although please remember that the characters would be sepia in tone, so work best on a lighter colour background.

Signs Sizes, Colours, Mounting & Ordering

We are able to offer our signs in either white or cream colours.

We offer three sizes, depending upon whether there are 1, 2 or 3 characters needed.
All sizes are in centimetres (cm).

You will need to decide where the sign will be fixed and whether you will need screw mounting holes.

If you intend mounting on a smooth surface, for example a UPVC panel, then we can supply adhesive tape suitable for both interior and exterior use, at no extra charge.

We are able to offer our signs in either white or cream colours. Other colours may be possible although please remember that the characters would be sepia in tone, so work best on a lighter colour background. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

As well as number signs, we can apply any text you would like. Prices depend upon the sign size required. Please contact us to discuss you requirements.

Please allow 28 days for delivery from the date we receive our order.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to deliver our products, using their Standard, 2 day service.
The following prices include all shipping and packaging costs, as well covering all UK delivery addresses.

£5.50 - for delivery of up to 3 signs.
